    Customer Evaluations

This is a really good iPad2 case with a lot of clever capabilities. Mine was charged in the box and operated for hours with no charging. Immediately after a couple of days, I charged it totally and have been employing it because. I do not turn it fully off, so this indicates the power down routine functions well. Bluetooth pairing worked with out referring to the documentation.
The keyboard is totally functional. I am typing this review on the keyboard with my iPad 2. Extremely couple of errors. On most internet sites and apps, the most important keys work (alpha/numeric/arrows/tab/volume/function). The top rated row of keys is hit and miss, based on the developer, but this is not the fault of the case manufacturer.
The case totally protects the iPad, and is fairly stylish to boot. It adds a lot of thickness, but you are receiving a keyboard, so how can you complain? the iPad2 snaps into a soft plastic frame which is perfectly fitted and trivially easy to snap in-out. The screen pivot function works well, I just utilised it mid-review.
    I have only two gripes:
    1. No magnets. That would have been positively delightful, and I in all probability would have offered 5 stars for it. Then again, there is a key with a lock icon that powers the iPad down and up, which functions nicely.
two. Screen angle is steep when making use of keyboard. This is minor. The only way to solve it would be to slide the keyboard forward an inch when inn use, but that wouldn't be uncomplicated. To be fair, the screen angle is greater when the screen is vertical (portrait) then when it is horizontal (landscape).
This is my new default case when I want something significantly more than the Apple folding front cover. 4 stars for a solid contender.

I've purchased 5 instances for my iPad 2 in an attempt to find the "great" case. The Targus Versavu Keyboard and Case is a nice thought that is poorly executed on various levels.
For starters, I do not really feel like this case delivers much protection for my iPad two and that alone lowers my opinion of the case. The iPad two does not feel like it really is held firmly/securely in place. The Bluetooth keyboard connects very easily (wirelessly) to the iPad two but the actual feel of the keys is not really wonderful. Also, most of the circumstances that I at the moment have for the iPad 2 have a built-in magnet that makes the iPad go into sleep mode if you close the lid. There is is no magnet built into the Targus case so you have to physically press the power/sleep button on the iPad each time you close the case (otherwise the iPad keeps operating and you shed precious battery life). I definitely do not comprehend why Targus did not make a magnet into this case.
The "tilt" mechanism and the slot above the keyboard that holds the iPad in spot also aren't nicely engineered. It really is easy for the iPad to pop out of the slot above the keyboard and it's sometimes troublesome to position the screen at a very good angle for reading text on the screen although working with the keyboard to sort.
While I prefer utilizing a "real" keyboard rather than the on-screen keyboard, this Targus case was so unimpressive and awkward that I went back to applying 1 of my other instances with no a keyboard.
In brief, I do not suggest this case.
