Here, I show off the Targus Versavu 360.
I'm a large fan of this case, and attempted to give added focus to the places people today have currently commented on. Hopefully this helps you make a decision =)

Initially of all, I want to expand on purpledoxie's point of the case getting unstable in the vertical position. While the case is rock solid in landscape mode, in portrait (ipad standing vertically) it is not nearly as solid. If I press lightly I don't appear to have any issues, but if I forget and press 'normally' then it can knock the ipad out of the groove in the case and it will fall. Also, this is only a predicament for the leading 1/three of the screen location, the rest of the screen is so close to the fulcrum it does not matter how challenging you press on it. This is not a huge challenge for me, specifically since there are so few apps that I prefer to use in portrait mode (Skype getting a single of them), but it is annoying for certain. I believe deeper grooves in the case would solve this dilemma, possibly they will wear in and this will go away? I have discovered that I can rest the thumb of my other hand against the base of the device although in portrait mode and that will preserve it from jumping out of the slot, and that is fine sufficient for me as significantly as I use that feature.
What tends to make this case a winner in my book is the stability in landscape mode. When I initially got the case I was undecided, but after just a couple of days it won me over in a major way. In contrast to the intelligent cover and apples original trifold circumstances, you can truly press on the screen and type generally and this case will not fall more than. I have employed it on my lap in the vehicle, on my center console in the truck, on my chest though laying in bed watching films on it, and (of course) on desks/tables/etc. and it operates good in each and every scenario! The rest of the case is good too. It is 7/8" thick with the Ipad2 inside and looks actually nice. I have already received many compliments on it. I use my Ipad2 for operate and some thing that looked professional was significant. Apple's pastel covers don't look particularly nice to me and I wasn't about to pay $70 for the leather ones that are not ugly. This case also protects pretty much the entire device, whereas Apple's cover protects only the screen. I am quite content with this case, and would advocate it to any person that does not use lots of apps in portrait mode.
